Intended for developers, builders and general contractors, this loan provides the needed cash when building a home under market value. These “spec” home projects are often the most valuable to our customers and we are happy to help.

Cash Out

When “liquidity” is an issue, we can “cash-out” part of the equity in your current investment property(s).  The cash is not administered by us and it does not have to be approved before closing.
