Both our 5-day close and traditional Fix and Flip loan offering are best suited for projects with up to 4 units.

Loan Qualifications.

PROPERTY TYPES
Single family residence, condo, duplex, triplex, quad, townhome, or mixed-use property with less than 25% commercial.

RESERVE REQUIREMENTS
Cash to close (if applicable) + 6 months of interest payments.

BORROWER QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 620 Credit Score.
Must pass credit and background. check.
Have a minimum of 1 completed, fix and flip project within the last 3 years if applying for the 5-day close program.

Additional requirements will apply for borrowers with no prior experience.
